WILL YOU DELIVER MY MATERIALS EXACTLY WHERE I NEED THEM?

All deliveries delivered by Danpol Ltd. will be delivered to kerb side only. Customer is required to provide all necessary labour and equipment required to unload materials. An additional charge will be levied if the items have to be redelivered.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

Delivery lead times depend on purchased products and their availability as well as delivery location and transport availability. The average delivery lead time for the majority of orders, delivered within the green areas on the below map, is 2-3 working days from the date of your order, however, it could extend to 5 working days on rare occasions. Once the order has been placed, a member of staff will then be in contact to confirm a delivery date. Deliveries outside green areas can take up to around 7 working days to be delivered. In addition to general delivery lead time, every product has delivery lead time information available on the product page.

We advise that customers wait for their goods to be delivered before arranging work to be undertaken. Danpol Ltd. may not be held liable for any failure to deliver by any stated time or date or any consequential loss resulting from late delivery.

WHAT DO I NEED TO CONSIDER WHEN ACCEPTING MY DELIVERY?

Do not accept damaged products. If possible, take a picture of the damaged materials and refuse delivery. The company will not accept claims for damaged materials if the delivery note is not signed for as damaged. Instead, any damages must be clearly written on the driver’s delivery note, and Danpol Ltd. must be informed accordingly.
